Customer story

How Bridge Marketplace produced 10× pipeline growth and 12.5× ROI in 90 days.

Measurement notes

Visibility and competitive position compare Bridge against the same tracked competitors and financing queries over 90 days. ROI and pipeline growth reflect program investment and qualified opportunities recorded during the engagement.

01

A differentiated marketplace with roughly 3% AI visibility.

Bridge connects businesses with more than 70 vetted banks and specialty lenders through one financing application. Its marketplace model was meaningfully different from generic purchase-order financing providers, but AI answers did not reflect that distinction.

With business owners increasingly beginning financing research in ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity, Bridge needed to move from near-invisibility to a clear, defensible position on high-intent queries.

02

Own the positioning competitors had left open.

Working directly with Matt Bogoroch, Martin Cheung and the team, Bridge identified an opportunity no competitor clearly owned: the vetted marketplace connecting borrowers with pre-screened, competitive lenders.

Biweekly working sessions kept the strategy tactical. The team turned competitive gaps into specific content recommendations, focused production on commercial-intent topics and used Bridge’s strongest assets—its lender network and partnerships—as proof competitors could not copy.

  • Analyzed the language and positions dominating purchase-order financing answers
  • Built a differentiated ‘vetted marketplace’ narrative
  • Prioritized terms and topics tied to qualified financing demand
  • Measured progress against competitors and adjusted every two weeks
03

Bridge moved from nearly invisible to the recommended answer.

In three months, Bridge increased AI visibility by 300%, secured the top position relative to tracked competitors and generated a 12.5× return on the program.

More importantly, the positioning translated into 10× pipeline growth. Bridge did not win by publishing the most content; it won by being precise about the queries, proof and language that mattered.

Matt Bogoroch and Martin Cheung worked seamlessly with us, provided actionable guidance, and made progress easy to measure.
