Customer story
How Coinflow made AI search its third-highest inbound lead channel in 90 days.
Coinflow knew organic and AI discovery were creating demand, but the leads were buried inside unassigned analytics. Better attribution plus a high-velocity content program made the channel visible—and scalable.

Measurement notes
Citation totals cover 23 Coinflow URLs across Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and OpenAI during the 90-day period. Lead figures combine organic search and attributed LLM traffic after LLM sessions were separated from organic and unassigned reporting.
The challenge
The demand was real. The reporting could not see it.
Coinflow provides payment infrastructure for gaming platforms, marketplaces, payroll providers and cross-border operators. Its buyers research deeply before speaking with sales, and more of that research now happens inside AI assistants.
Inbound visits influenced by AI answers were being grouped into organic or unassigned traffic. Coinflow could see leads arriving, but could not isolate the channel, understand which prompts created demand or deliberately compound what was working.
The approach
Connect attribution, prompt gaps and production speed.
Matt, Martin and the team separated LLM traffic into its own reporting channel, then tracked Coinflow’s presence across Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and OpenAI. The weakest high-intent verticals became the content calendar.
The team moved from recommendation to publication in days. Coinflow shipped 15 SEO- and GEO-optimized pieces in one month against a full-quarter target of 12, each built around specific buyer questions and measurable visibility gaps.
- Created attribution for AI-influenced sessions and leads
- Tracked eight payment-service verticals across four AI platforms
- Turned low-visibility, high-volume prompts into content priorities
- Built structured articles with authorship, FAQs and clear authority signals
The result
AI search became a measurable growth channel.
Organic search and LLM traffic generated 91 combined leads—more than any existing Coinflow campaign. LLM traffic ranked third among inbound channels once the attribution was visible.
Across 23 URLs, Coinflow earned 671 AI citations. One gaming-payments article produced 376 citations on its own, while organic brand clicks grew 25% month over month.
Matt Bogoroch and Martin Cheung gave us a system to see which prompts we were missing, ship content against them, and watch it earn citations within weeks.
